Relationship Manager
Be the personal point of contact for EarnPati partners, guiding them through every step from onboarding to payout. As an RM, you'll directly impact partner earnings and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Onboard assigned partners and support them on an ongoing basis
- Provide product knowledge and sales training
- Resolve lead and payout queries promptly
- Track partners' monthly earning goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A finance/sales background is a plus
- Graduate, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Comfortable in Hindi and the local language
Customer Support Executive
Handle partner calls, chats, and tickets, providing fast and friendly resolutions to their questions. You'll be the first face of EarnPati that partners talk to every day.
Responsibilities
- Respond to partner queries coming in through the app/web
- Track and resolve payout and lead-related issues
- Escalate complex issues to the dedicated RM
- Maintain support quality and response times
What We're Looking For
- Patience and clear communication skills
- Prior calls/chat support experience is a plus
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Comfortable in both Hindi and English
